Lurke and Snoopreport both track public Instagram accounts without asking for your Instagram password, but on different schedules and with different scope. Lurke is a native iPhone and Android app where you start scans yourself, and Pro adds scheduled background scans; it tracks follower and following changes. Snoopreport is mainly a web dashboard plus an iOS app that delivers weekly or monthly reports and also tracks which posts and reels an account likes, which Lurke does not.

How we checked this
We compared Lurke and Snoopreport using snoopreport.com and its App Store listing, checked November 5, 2026, plus a Google Play search that found no Snoopreport app. We did not test Snoopreport ourselves, and nothing here ranks or recommends one app over the other. For a wider, disclosed look at other tracker apps, see our comparison of tracker apps. If a fact above is wrong or has changed, contact Lurke and we'll review it.
Is Snoopreport safe to use?
We have not tested it. Its own site says it does not connect to your personal Instagram profile, and it is published by a named company, Smart Data Solutions LLC, per its App Store listing. Before using any third-party Instagram tool, check that it names its publisher and that you understand what it does with the username you enter. Lurke is published by NaviStack LLC and also does not ask for your Instagram password; see is-lurke-safe for Lurke's own privacy details.
Is there a Snoopreport alternative?
It depends what you want from the report. If weekly or monthly like/follow summaries for a public account are what you need, Snoopreport is built specifically for that. If you want to scan a public profile's follower and following changes on your own schedule instead of waiting for a scheduled report, Lurke is built for that, inside a native iPhone and Android app.
How much does Snoopreport cost?
Per its own homepage, checked November 5, 2026: $0.99 a week. Lurke Pro, on the US App Store checked October 26, 2026, is $7.99 a week, $14.99 a month, or $39.99 a year, with an occasional Lifetime plan or special offer in the app. The two apps track different things, so the price difference reflects different feature sets, not the same product at two prices.
This comparison is published by Lurke. Facts about other apps are checked against their own public listings, not tested by Lurke, and can change after publication.
